I'm known to most as "Chef". My name is Executive Chef Michael Panasuk. I've worked in kitchens most of my life and I am currently the Executive Chef of a large convention hotel.
I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with both degress in Culinary arts as well as Food Service Management. Interestingly enough, my goal was never meant to stay with a company so long, but time just passed by and here I am.
If I've learned anything I would say never put all your eggs in one basket, keep your options open and learn as much as you can about anything thing that excites you.
